If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, return it to us within 120 days. You will be credited for the amount of your order less shipping charges. To receive a refund, item(s) must be unopened, unused, and able to be sold as new at full price. We inspect every product prior to shipment to ensure it is in excellent condition. We do not require a return authorization, but we encourage you to contact us in advance. The Obvious Cigar Co. cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages. For your protection, we highly recommend you insure the package for its full value and obtain a package tracking number.

Please keep all packaging materials, manuals, warranties and accessories intact; products with missing or severely damaged packaging, manuals, warranties or accessories will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. The Obvious Cigar Co. cannot be held responsible for damage to items resulting from improper use not in accordance with listed directions or established practices.

Exchanges are accepted within 120 days of original shipment date if unused and/or without damage. Prior to shipping replacement product(s), we must first receive the item(s) that you are exchanging and inspect them for use and/or customer damage.
